Balancing Kapha

The Earth and Water elements of Kapha rely on the movement of Vata and fire of Pita to help balance them.  Often balancing Kapha happens when you get the other two Dosha’s Balanced. One thing we do see is excessive Kapha in our diets and lifestyle.  While our minds are being exhausted with stimulus, this may not be true for our bodies.  Ensuring the basics: Sleep, Nourishment, and Energy Management (Movement, Exercise, Breath into Body) is essential for Kapha to build that healthy Ojas.
