Jody has a gift in connecting with children and youth. She is the face of our school yoga program and youth classes. Jody embodies “childlike wisdom”. She relates to the world of our children with respect and ease. Kids are instantly drawn to how she engages them. Every class with Jody helps kids feel stronger, happier, and more content in their own skin. They are encouraged to shine their own light. Jody is the owner of Alchemy Yoga in Cochrane, and has trained with Yoga Kids International, Alberta Hot Yoga, One Yoga, and Alice Hong.
