In between each live training weekend, you will have specific homework assignments. We imagine that you will have 2-3 hours of work to do each week.
Included in this investment are two courses that we feel are integral to becoming a good yoga teacher. They help you know and connect to yourself better. Ayurveda and the Enneagram.
The definition of Yoga is the Union of Mind, Body, and Soul. The Fireweed Yoga Teacher Training offers embodied experiences of this union. When you can tap into this sacred place within yourself, the decisions that flow from that place are always in your highest interest.

There are 4 short videos below, they are a good way to gauge whether or not this training is a good fit for what you might need.
Our philosophy is simple. Learning Yoga is Learning You. The better you know YOU the better Yoga Teacher you will be, and the better you will be at anything you decide to be. We want to show you how this tool, Yoga, is used to learn you, and how you can then share the tool of Yoga with others so that they too can learn themselves. The sweet ripple effect of truth.

“Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter your flame.”
