Is Fireweed Yoga School for You?
Fireweed Yoga School focuses on You.
We teach you specific tools from Yoga, Ayurveda, and the Enneagram to connect you to your innate wisdom, find your authentic voice, and share that gift with the world. You may use this to teach asana classes or to influence culture in your work settings. These skills are transferable and much needed in our ever changing world.
The course material is practical and experiential. We’ve designed this training with room and space for you to learn the curriculum each month, and then reintegrate it into your daily life to absorb and digest the content. Between each session, we stay connected with one another through a weekly yoga philosophy call, to check in with each another to connect and stay accountable to our practices and share how the yoga is working in your actual lived life.

 

We are growing and learning right alongside those who we live in community with; our friends, and our neighbours. We get to use this ancient wisdom to create real, lasting change.

Fireweed Yoga

The definition of Yoga is the Union of Mind, Body, and Soul. The Fireweed Yoga Teacher Training offers embodied experiences of this union. When you can tap into this sacred place within yourself, the decisions that flow from that place are always in your highest interest.

Our philosophy is simple. Learning Yoga is Learning You. The better you know YOU the better Yoga Teacher you will be, and the better you will be at anything you decide to be. We want to show you how this tool, Yoga, is used to learn you, and how you can then share the tool of Yoga with others so that they too can learn themselves. The sweet ripple effect of truth.
